How pricing works

Four things that hold for every plan.

01

Fixed monthly price

One fixed amount per month, tiered by the size of your catalog.

02

No request counting

SE10 does not meter searches and never cuts you off — traffic peaks don’t change the price.

03

Infrastructure included

Operation and hosting are part of the price — in the cloud, on a rented server, or on your premises.

04

Cancel monthly

No annual contracts, no long lock-in. If SE10 doesn’t win you over, you leave at the end of the month.

Already paying for a search product? We’ll beat your current contract.

Common questions

What does the beta cost?

Nothing. During the beta phase, SE10 is free for participating shops — including installation, setup and operation.

What happens after the beta?

Beta participants get a fixed preferential price, announced well in advance. There is no automatic rollover into a paid contract — you decide whether to stay.

Is the beta stable enough for my live shop?

SE10 runs in production. What happens during an outage is covered under “What happens if SE10 doesn’t answer?” below.

How does SE10 get into my shop?

Through the ready-made integration for Shopware, otherwise via a script tag — one line in your template. Your data comes from the shop, from feeds or through the API. Before anything is installed, we set up a demo with your own catalog.

What happens if SE10 doesn’t answer?

Your shop’s standard search takes over automatically, and your customers won’t notice. As soon as SE10 answers again, it takes back over.

Does SE10 meter my search requests?

No. There is no quota, no counting and no cut-off — not even on peak days. The price depends solely on the size of your catalog.

Where does my product data live?

Wherever you want: in our cloud in a German data center, on a rented server, or installed on your own infrastructure.

How long am I committed?

One month. There are no annual contracts — if SE10 doesn’t win you over, you cancel at the end of the month.

What does SE10 actually cost?

A fixed monthly amount, tiered by catalog size. We’ll quote you a concrete price after two details — shop system and catalog size — right on this page. And if you already pay for a search product: we’ll beat your current contract.

Why “SE10”?

SE10 was the internal project name: search engine, but 10× better than what we kept finding in shops. We treat that as a bar to clear rather than a promise. The best way to measure it: your own data.

Two details are enough. You get a concrete answer, not a callback carousel.
